This Doral is a vine of Chasselas which has been pollenised by the flowers of the Chardonnay vines, created in 1965 in Pully.

With a citrus fragrance, rich in taste and amplified with a pleasant note of acidity, this aromatic wine is the perfect accompaniment to a starter of shellfish or with a dessert.
